Dees is a brand spankin’ new blog by a totally cool graphic designer located in Ohio. It’s a lovely mix of personal journal & review of design/art she loves…AND, I’m also loving Insurgent Muse…a quirky, design & craft-loving blog located in Southern California.

ONLINE SHOP:
Etsy – the small business/crafter’s ebay (without the bidding). We’ve all been hearing about Etsy lately, but I’m still intrigued and excited that this idea has grown so much! Etsy carries tons of unique and handmade goods by designers, crafters, and artists from around the country. Easy to purchase items & search for a fun gift or unique item. Some favorites (shown below) are Ruby Zaar’s Boho Hip Bag, Port2Port’s Limited Edition Letterpress Card, and Ana Paula’s Knitted Stuffed Puppy

ARTIST:
The quirky, colorful, and 60’s etched style illustrations of S. Britt have me feeling youthful & optimistic. Check out the variety of fun finds on his site, as well as fun t-shirts and goods for the home.
