  1. I received goods from you today
    1. The clock had a scratch on the face which was obvious through the bubble wrap. So it must have been obvious to whoever packed it. Why was it sent in that state?
    2. the two hooks which came with it had scratches and uneven parts to the stones. Why were they sent in such poor quality?
    3. Apparently I cannot claim return postage. This is unfair, since whoever packed these items might have know they would be returned.
    I am very, very upset by this as these items were meant at Christmas presents.

  2. I have bought things from Plumo but they are super expensive so shop around first! e.g heart shaped wire card holder is £15 in sale on their website. Similar item only £8.95 full price on Natural Collection website. I did get an excellent jersey silk dress half price in the sale 18 months ago though.

  3. I would never buy anything from them full price as they are so expensive. The sales are fairly good and they always seem to have a second round of reductions after the first sale so it’s worth hanging on!
    Everything i’ve bought from them clothes-wise has been brilliant. Jewellery can be a little hit and miss and it’s a shame it never comes in any kind of box, when you’re paying £50 for a knecklace a velvet pouch seems a little inadequate…
