My friend Mari of Mari’s New York created custom gourmet brownies for our favors. To pay homage to each of our cultures in an edible way, we gave guests two individually wrapped brownies…one in Thai Coffee and one in Korean Red Bean flavors. We worked together to brainstorm some Thai and Korean flavors that would work well with her signature brownies. Then, Bob and I chose these two from all the tasty options she developed…and the end result was amazing!
{More info…I ordered plain white slide boxes from Papermart and wrapped them in simple patterned paper that I designed. Each box has a band around the top with a little note to guests. Mari’s New York will be launching soon…so feel free to contact her with any initial inquiries. I’ll be sure to post more when her shop launches!}

Wow! I wish I had just half of your creativity. Amazing idea, Joy!
What font did you use for the THANKS.
I like it a lot.
That’s so pretty! I bet it tastes super yummy too, esp the red bean…the lime label looks a little odd though.
Oh! I love this! So stylish!
packaging is irresistable…great idea, and such thoughtful touches that i am sure all of your guests enjoyed!!!
hey jac,
yeah, the lime label looks a bit bright in this photo..it’s actually more like chartruese…the two labels were colors that were part of our theme. so seeing it out of context, it doesn’t really show why those colors are that way! 😉
best,
joy
