I saw a post about Celia Birtwell’s collection for Topshop over at In the Stores and had to extend the love. As the muse of David Hockney and partner of Ossie Clark, UK-born Birtwell is considered one of the most important textile designer of her generation. In April of this year, Topshop launched Celia Birtwell’s capsule collection which rejuvenates the magic of the Clark/Birtwell era, introducing it to a new generation of fashion lovers across England.
