While browing around Petulia’s Folly today, I noticed a gorgeous knitted & beaded scarf by Rebecca Purcell. It turns out that Rebecca has has a long and successful career in design as a previous visual director for ABC Carpet & Home as well as a stylist for the Anthropologie catalog. Inspired by her collection of baubles, charms, and other materials her work comes across as fashion-oriented but are really inspired by memories and thoughts that started many years before each piece is made.
