I love seeing artist’s work translate into commissioned pieces. Inspired by the natural world, Dennis Lin of Umomo creates amazing sculptural pieces made of wood, metal, and casting that pay homage to the forces of nature. Since I’m always a fan of mobiles and sculptural lighting, this pieces really amaze me..
i recognize that one on the bottom left from the ifc lane crawford in hong kong. it’s absolutely fantastic in person — definitely one of the reasons i love shopping in that store so much.
