I went to this shop last month in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. It looks like they’re opening some new locations. It was delicious! So many flavors…tomato donuts, lemon-tea donuts, kinako, etc.
This shop reminds you of mother’s hand-made donuts in your childhood.
The donut are simple and organic.
One of the ingredients is “okara”. Okara is a residue left after tofu is made.
The donut make your heart warm and it is good for your body.
This shop has the atmosphere of the Shouwa period in Japan.
