If visions of baguettes and berets find themselves in your daydreams, gather up your girls and head to Paris…or a little spot in San Diego that channels the dreamy City of Lights. Cafe Chloe in San Diego's East Village is darling spot with just the right touch of girly French charm. Go for brunch or lunch and try the Croque Monsieur, Mac n' Cheese, and the Lavender Lemonade.
{Extra tip: They also serve Urban Tea Time daily which includes tea sandwiches, homemade cookies and sweets, and a pot of tea or prosecco! Photos by Oh Joy.}
I adore Cafe Chloe – especially for brunch. :)(Lavender mimosa, please!) I wish I could afford to go every day. 🙂
This cafe looks just divine…I wish I lived on the West Coast so I could visit in-person instead of just online!
I had no clue you had a food blog until I saw it on D*S. EVerything looks so good. I will be back.
I visit san diego because my fiance lives there and this place seems like our next target! it seems like the perfect place to brunch, drink coffee and people watch! 🙂 I will definitely be taking a trip inside next time i visit 😀 p.s. i love this blog esp. finds like this one and the food quotes 🙂
and the only problem i have after browsing this blog is that i get mighty hungry afterwards! ;D
They have an adorable little gift section too!
Café Chloe is a total fav. Run in for a croissant and coffee on the way to work, stop for a glass of wine and salad at the bar at the end of the day, or enjoy a leisurely meal with a friend…and the servers are nice too!
this place looks great. thanks for the suggestion!!
