For some reason I always thought you were a Chicago lady. I am visiting San Diego for the first time this weekend! I’m going to peruse your other local San Diego posts for adventure ideas. 🙂
ooooh love that pic! like rebecca, it also reminds me of greece, where i developed a hard core door obsession (uh, that didn’t come out right, but you know what i mean!). so many different colors and textures, it was really inspiring.
How is it that strings of lights can either make everything instantly classy and bistro, or strangely post-holiday? That’s a great string, even in daylight!
oh i just love it. it screeeams california to me, in a warm, bubblegum kind of way.
you’re a daily read for me, please check me out at thepinkpaperplane.blogspot.com for some art and design inspiration any day!
it is very Luis Barragan…they also just made a fashion collection made based on the architects work! you should look into it maybe for this and that or a cool entry!
Pink perfection – and the door to an extremely excellent eatery!!! :]
awesome!
It reminds me of some photos i have from Greece with bright green and blue doors. I just love how unique!

This looks great – and it’s so good of the sky to look so lovely and blue and set it off perfectly!
The whole four years I lived there and I never saw this restaurant. It’s great. Now I have another excuse to move back.
