Homemade charcuterie plates have been making their meaty waves through the restaurant scene over the past few years. With farm-to-table becoming increasingly popular, it's not uncommon to see a new restaurant {or your long-time standby} offer house-made charcuterie & pickles. The Linkery in San Diego makes an incredible meat board with some of the most supple, house-made charcuterie I've ever had. Paired with pickled green beans and sliced pickled onions…it's a tender, meaty, salty, and pickled delight for the taste buds.

I bought meat from them for the charcuterie I put out at a party in November – it wasn’t cheap but it was some of the best I’ve had, and certainly the best you can buy retail here in town. (Speaking of meat, let’s get some bahn mi soon!)
Charcuterie and pickles is just dam delicious. Simple as that.

I love the Linkery! You must try Urban Solace up the street! Love OhJoy! and HappyLadyEats!
I went here about a year or so ago and loved it to pieces… and I’m a vegetarian! They had amazing fresh pasta, sangria, etc. My non-veggie husband loved it to.
Love love love The Linkery!
