charcuterie perfection in {san diego}…

Homemade charcuterie plates have been making their meaty waves through the restaurant scene over the past few years. With farm-to-table becoming increasingly popular, it's not uncommon to see a new restaurant {or your long-time standby} offer house-made charcuterie & pickles. The Linkery in San Diego makes an incredible meat board with some of the most supple, house-made charcuterie I've ever had. Paired with pickled green beans and sliced pickled onions…it's a tender, meaty, salty, and pickled delight for the taste buds.

  1. I bought meat from them for the charcuterie I put out at a party in November – it wasn’t cheap but it was some of the best I’ve had, and certainly the best you can buy retail here in town. (Speaking of meat, let’s get some bahn mi soon!)

  2. oooh yum yums, the linkery was one of my fave spots for dinner when i lived in sd. have you been to crazee burger yet?

  3. I went here about a year or so ago and loved it to pieces… and I’m a vegetarian! They had amazing fresh pasta, sangria, etc. My non-veggie husband loved it to.
