This Happy Lady is always looking for new ways to snack. While a cupcake-a-day would be lovely treat indeed, it's not always a realistic option to satiate that afternoon sugar fix. Feast your eyes on Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Covered Pomegranate Seeds. Chocolate + antioxidants = the perfect bit of sweet just about any time. The texture is both crunchy {from the seeds} and chewy {from the dried pomegranate flesh} creating a guilt-free fruit and chocolate concoction worth sampling.

Final thoughts…4 out of 5 happy ladies for taste, texture, and for being so darn hard to stop eating.

Or in this case, one chocolate covered pomegranate seed.

  2. this confirms my theory that trader joe’s secret to success is covering anything they can think of in chocolate. not that i’m complaining!

  3. Do we have to get them from TJ’s? We happen to have two pomegranates here in the house…I’m thinking about making my own chocolate covered pomegranate seeds! Sounds like a nice project for today. I hate to be bored. If they turn out ok, I’ll post the recipe on my site. Thanks for the inspiration!

  4. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the chocolate pomegrantes! They are too addicting, and i am obssessed! Anyone that likes them or hasn’t tried them go to trader joes and buy a couple packs! They are not expensive and they have such a great tangy taste..
