While taste is certainly the main reason we tout a good a dining experience, for me, ambiance does play an important role. Crème Design is responsible for the design of some of my favorite Garces restaurants in Philly. I love the warmth their able to capture while making design a high priority and function.

Ambiance is definitely the first and most important impression for me! If I can enjoy the look and feel, my experience is a thousand times better when I get to taste the food!
I concur; design should always be a top priority. Form and functionality is key, yes, but aesthetic is everything. A world without design would be discombobulated and unsightly.
