If you haven't seen either of Enjoy Cupcakes' shops yet, they're painfully pretty and so much fun. With one location in Los Olivos and the other in Solvang, it's a nice day escape for those in the LA and surrounding areas. I had the pleasure of trying out some Enjoy Cupcakes last week which shipped directly to my house {yes, they ship!}.

Packaged in the most inventive method I've ever seen–each cupcake is housed in its own plastic cup, held in place with a safety toothpick, and can then be popped out from the bottom. The moist and oh-so-flavorful cakes come in amazing flavor combinations. I had the Pineapple Chardonnay, their signature Chocolate Blackberry Syrah, Sugar Daddy {a Vanilla Caramel – 3rd image}, and the "Miss V", {Chocolate Salted Caramel – top image}. Because I'm a chocolate fiend, the Miss V was my favorite with a dollop of chocolate pudding inside and topped with the perfect amount of sea salt. The sizing was perfect (not too big) which meant I easily down 4 cupcakes the day they arrived only saving the remaining to share because a voice in the back of my head told me it was the right thing to do.
