In celebration of Max Wanger's brand new shop, we've joined forces with Max + Moop to treat one lucky Oh Joy reader to their special limited edition collaboration Market Bag + Max's Fly Away print {which inspired the tote design}.

Simply, visit Max's shop and Moop's shop and leave a comment here telling us what you'd use the bag for. One reader will be selected at random. Comments close on Friday morning at 9am PST. Total value of prize is $150. Sorry, open to US residents only.

  48. I would definitely use that bag for shopping! It’s the perfect size to hold purchases from a few stores so you don’t look like a crazy bag lady walking down the street!

    …so, I’d use the bag to bring my daily necessities to work in! I believe it would make my daily trudge to work more bearable!

Baby #2 is due in January…so while I’d LOVE to say I’d use this as my main purse for awhile or toting my own stuff around looking all chic…I’m assuming sadly…that a few childrens books and some baby wipes will end up in there at some point. I’m about to start my clinical rotations as a medical student, and I’m terrified (in no small part because my first assignment is a 45 minute drive away — and I just got my license two weeks ago).   184. I’d use it to replace my current, seriously ailing tote. One of the straps broke months ago and has been held together with staples (yes, normal desk staples) and black gaffers tape. Yikes.
    But I use it for everything! Groceries, Dr. Pepper lip gloss, subway reading, extra shoes, an endless supply of bobbypins…You can’t survive a day in New York without an everything bag.

  197. The birds are perfect for me. I work 50 hours a week and attend classes to earn my master’s three nights a week, and after that I hit the gym. It makes for such long days and the need for THREE outfit changes. A bag like this would be perfect to carry around all the stuff I need to make my life work everyday!

I’m actually going to be traveling a lot in the next few weeks, and I’ve been scouring the internet for a big enough bag to act as both a carry-on as well as the sort of bag I can use when I’m out and about (it’s gotta be big enough to hold a book and an SLR, but also be nice to look at, etc.).   323. Max’s new shop looks awesome! The moop bag would be a fantastic go-to bag for work/life – big enough for my wallet, lunch and umbrella without being overwhelming. And I can already imagine using it for those special trips – collecting my farmers market snacks before getting on the airplane, holding all of necessities en route, and then being a great hands-free bag as I tour a new city (and hopefully it will have a fun purchase inside too!).

Okay for the bag, I would put my daily stuff I schlep to and from our shop in each day, (paperwork, project folders etc.) along with the stuff for my 2 little ones that seem to always end up in my bag (pacifiers,toy cars,and wipes) Love that its nice and big.   901. Here’s the thing about San Francisco – the weather is predictably unpredictable. I might walk out into a sunny 70 degree November morning only to have two bus rides transport me into a foggy, damp climate. I need to be prepared for these unexpected transfers. Light jackets, a scarf, my cute fingerless gloves. You name it – I lug it around. Umbrella? Yes. And being a lady on the go, I can’t always last in my heels all day long. Comfy flats? Throw them in my bag too.
    It’s hard to look stylish while lugging all these goods – and that’s even before mentioning my addition to farmers markets. This Max + Moop bag would be a fantastic solution.
