{giveaway} hitched in palm springs…

If you wanna go to the coolest, most fun, unique wedding event out there, well, today just might be your lucky day! Founded by Audrey Woollen {of Urbanic}, Paige Appel, and Kelly Harris {of Bash, Please}, Hitched brings together the coolest wedding vendors in the Los Angeles & Southern California areas for a festive event sure to please. So, if you're a bride looking to get inspired and meet the coolest vendors, this is for you. I'm not even a bride but I'm going…because how could you not want to be a part of this fun {pointing to video by Sharkpig above}?!?

We've joined forces with the Hitched crew to give away 2 tickets to one Oh Joy reader to attend the next Hitched event on Sunday, January 30th at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs plus a $50 gift card to the super delicious Kings Highway restaurant at the Ace {a total value of $120}.   4. They all look so good- it’s hard to choose. I have to say either 100 Layer Cake (such a great resource and inspiration!) or Brandon Kidd Photography (i’m an aspiring photographer, and LOVE how they give 10% of the income from each package to a charity). I would be ecstatic to be able to attend this amazing event!

  27. How fun!! Quite serendipitous that I should run across this event today. My bf and I spent the majority of our road trip from California to Arizona last night discussing our future wedding. There are so many details to plan!! I would love to meet the photographers featured @ Hitched, particularly Brandon & Kristin Kidd. Their style is so earthy & etherial. Definitely a duo I would trust to capture such an important day.

  57. wow. shark pig, rue, bash, please., and just staying at the ace hotel for a weekend and exploring nearby joshua tree would be brilliant. my favorite peddler… joshua tree! no, seriously, it would be a great opportunity to be able to speak to and learn from any of the brave and resolute gamblers who opted to follow a dream and succeeded. hope to be inspired, and have a great time while oohing and aahing my way through every vendors vivid daydream.

  66. This event looks incredible! I remember reading about the first event and I was wishing I lived in the West Coast! But on Jan. 30th I will be in L.A. visiting family and would LOVE to go to this event! I am engaged and just starting to plan so this would be an incredible opportunity!   67. I’m a bridesmaid in June and this would be a real treat for my crafty girlfriend getting hitched in June. I think checking out the hairpieces at ban.do would really fit her personal style. And I would of course check out the pom pom clips for myself!

  87. I am really excited to check out Sugar & Fluff because of the way they bring themes to life! I’m also excited to meet Love Me Sailor because they have taken pictures of a wedding in Pioneertown and my fiance & I were talking about doing a photo shoot in that location! Love it all!!!

  99. I think my girlfriend’s perfect profession is a wedding planner. We’re excited to see Ashley Meaders’ creations because her style, and the style of many of the Hitched vendors, is right down our ally. Also, being originally from the desert, we’ve always wanted to check out the Ace Hotel!
