Ice cream sandwiches are kind of one of my most favorite things ever. So I'm always looking for new ways to make an impromptu sandwich. My new favorite combination includes these Hazelnut Graham Crackers from Potter's Crackers. They are super thin and crispy, and not too sweet…so it makes for a lighter bite-sized treat. Here, I paired it with my favorite local ice cream, Carmela's salted caramel…ya-ummm! — Joy

OH YUM!
i love how you always put a fresh spin on old favorites!
Looks scrumptios…that might be my breakfast this morning!
yummy!
that looks amazing! i love ice cream sandwhiches but they always hurt my teeth a bit – chomping teeth first into ice cream is a bit of a shock!
These ice cream sandwiches look so amazing!

Ooh these are so pretty and tasty sounding!
Since I don’t live by that hip ice cream place I’m going to try making salted caramel ice cream tonight. I’ve been daydreaming about it for months!
Very pretty! I want to try those cookies.

I just heard about an amazing ice cream sandwich idea today — cold ice cream between two toasty pop tarts! I’m dying to try it.
this is such a creative idea! perfect for the days you wish your ice cream sandwich had more ice cream, than “sandwich!” yum!!
Oh my, that looks divine. Joy, where can we find a wooden cake stand like the one you’ve shown here? Love it!
As much as I want this delightfully delectable treat, I’d really like that wooden pedestal even more. May I ask where it’s from? Herriot Grace by chance?
Christine,
That sounds amazing! Yum!

Awesome! My mom and brother are the duo behind Potter’s Crackers and I couldn’t be more proud. They make some seriously fantastic crackers! Looks yummy!
I used Potter’s crakers at my wedding last fall and they were a big HIT!! Thank you Nancy so much for the amazing crakers. People are still asking where I found these crackers at.
