…a medley of ice cream sandwiches from retro, surfer-inspired Beachy Cream. My favorites are the Bitchin' Chocolate {has a kick of cayenne!} and the Ginger Wipeout {sweet and tangy!}. Based in Santa Monica, Beachy Cream will be opening it's first shop this summer and also ships across the country! I can just imagine Gidget enjoying one of these after a long day on the beach… — Joy

It shouldn’t be difficult to do an “hand-made” version at home ! I’gonna try it this summer 🙂

i love ice cream sandwiches. just bought some klondike skinny bear variety. i’m hoping their tasty and convince me i don’t need the real thing.
my spinach salad no longer looks appealing! ice cream sandwich, please!
haha your Gidget comment was cute. these look AMAZING! I’d pretty much take key lime anything and the others sound just as tempting. your food posts always make my mouth water!

Why? Why did I click on this post? I am craving this so bad it reminds me of my 8-month pregnant self eating icecream and cookies at 2:00am.

Ice cream has been my favorite indulgence while pregnant. Nearing the end of it any day now, I’m wondering if I can sanely taper off! With some great sources here in Santa Cruz, I don’t know if I can…
If you find yourself on N. Ca beach vacation, make sure you stop at Penny Ice Creamery http://www.thepennyicecreamery.com in downtown Santa Cruz, or do a double hit of them and Scream Sorbet http://www.screamsorbet.com at the Wednesday Farmer’s Market. It’s worth the trip!
I wish I was eating ice cream right now! {even tho it is 10.31am}
These look delicious.
