What's a typical lunch for you? This particular sandwich is made with fresh focaccia, seasoned ricotta, pea shoots, and sauteed dandelion greens. The salad consists of chard, cucumber, scallions, apple, and sesame seeds with a vinaigrette dressing.

What's your dream/ideal lunch? A simple picnic in a park {perhaps in Paris!}, with a baguette, cheese, a variety of sandwich meats, and some sweet, plump grapes. If a cappuccino fell into my lap afterwards, I would not complain!

Dessert with lunch?  Yes, please! I tend to crave ice cream after lunch {read: all the time} but my go-to after-lunch sweet is the simple chocolate chunk cookie.
