Who swallowed a watermelon? I sure do feel like I did! It's been a super HOT week here in LA {up to 99 degrees the other day}, so I've been snacking on coconut water and ice cold watermelon to stay hydrated. Did someone forget to tell you to chew on the watermelon before you swallow…. I’m 22 weeks now and as my belly is growing now I’m worried about 8-9 month. Already warned by man that he’ll have to push me up the stairs by than. Enjoy your last trimester!

Well, I can definitely recommend being active and exercising regularly before you get pregnant. It helps a lot..not only to help not gain too much weight but also, youll be more motivated to stay active during pregnancy which is so helpful!
