Inspired by our pumpkin round-up last week and the recently cooler temperatures here in LA, I decided to whip up a fall version of my favorite melty snack to make Pumpkin Hazelnut S'mores. I used regular graham crackers, marshmallows, Trader Joe's pumpkin butter, and Justin's hazelnut butter. So easy…and so good. What s'more's combos are you guys loving lately? — Joy

  1. we’ve been making loads of s’mores around here lately. recent incarnations have been: thin ginger cookies with marshmallows & ginger-studded chocolate and graham cracker/marshmallow/local apple/hazelnut chocolate. SO good!!! i was at the end of my pregnancy this time last year, too, and ate a mountain of s’mores then, as well! wishing you the best!!!

  2. Ohmigosh that looks good! I don’t really like chocolate a whole lot, so sometimes I’ll make mine with marshmallows and butterscotch chips or with peanut butter and apple slices. Yum! Happy fall!

  3. Oh yum, those look delish! Believe it or not, I had never heard of a s’more until recently. My son was watching Barney and there’s an episode where they sing about s’mores and that’s how I know about them 🙂

  4. Oh my goodness! I have been stalking Trader Joe’s for weeks and they still don’t have pumpkin butter! These look so great!

  5. Whoah….these look amazingggg! S’mores are my absolute fave and now with Pumpkin Butter. CHOMP! And whoever said with nutella, that sounds like a real winner. Thanks for sharing! P.S. Your little one’s room looks super cute.

  6. That looks so good. I’m a s’more whore. I ate some this past weekend at the First Friday event in Abott Kinney. Now I’m going to try your awesome suggestions for a home version. Thanks, as always.

  7. Hi Emily!
I put the marshmallows on one side of graham cracker and put them in the toaster oven. The I put the gooey toppings on the other side and put the halves together once the side in the toaster oven is done!

  8. I may or may not have made a lunch break run to the grocery store to get some Justin’s chocolate hazelnut butter 😉
Lovely idea for a s’mores. Thanks for the delicious inspiration.

  9. These looks super tasty. I am so making pumpkin butter this weekend.
    Too bad I don’t have a microwave so I can’t make these! 🙁

  10. We went camping for our 2 year anniversary this weekend and I brought these ingredients along. We even shared this delicious new s’mores combo with our rowdy neighboring camp site. They were a hit!
The only downside is that TJ’s isn’t carrying pumpking butter or marshmallows (who knew they were “winter” items?). So, off to Safeway I went.
