Oh-joy-gap-1

A couple months ago, the girls from Rue Magazine ask if I’d like to be part of a series from Gap called Styld.by featuring real bloggers modeling a piece by Gap showing how we’d wear it mixed in with our own clothing. Um, yes! I happily obliged. So, here I am in Gap’s striped sweater paired with a few of my other go-to pieces.

And look who was asked to be in a few photos, too! I thought it was so cute that Anne picked out a toddler shirt for Ruby to wear as a dress {and the behind-the-scenes photo she snapped on her phone, too!}. Ruby looked like a sweet little cream puff!  It’s so fun to see what the set looks like versus the final fancy photos.

It was a really fun day playing dress up, getting my hair & makeup done, getting styled by Jen, being photographed by Angela, and hanging out with some of my favorite fellow bloggers. I remember how in 7th grade all I wore were oversized striped Gap t-shirts with cuffed sleeves tucked into my jean shorts {it was the early 90’s afterall}. So, I’m happy to see it’s all came full circle. I’m still loving the brand and how they’ve evolved over the years. Thanks so much to Gap and Rue for having me! You can see more of my fellow blogging buddies in the Styld.by series right here

  1. love how you mixed the GAP sweater (which i love too) into your own wardrobe! the beads and pouf are awesome accessories as well AND love your polka dot flats! awesome… and Ruby is adorable!

  2. Oh my gosh! This is so cute. Is it just me… or do none of the links work? I clicked on the link to see other blogger outfit pairings… & every time I would click on a link… nothing would happen 🙁

  3. Hi Stephanie,
It should work. I just double checked. It opens to a pop-up window on your screen. Maybe its a browser issue?

  4. These are so great! Unfortunately, though, when I tried to click through to see the rest, the links didn’t work. 🙁 I’ll start Googling…
