I'm not really a perfume kind of girl; I usually find it to be too strong or overwhelming. But the fragrances from MCMC are light and beautiful, comprise of rare natural ingredients and unusual combinations to make scents that feel both modern and ethereal. In celebration of Valentine's Day next week, MCMC is giving away a fragrance collection (one eau de parfum, one perfume oil, and one candle in your choice of fragrance) to one lucky reader.

To enter, simply visit MCMC's website, and then leave a comment here telling me which of their gorgeous scents you would pick (my favorites are LOVE, MAINE, and MAUI). Entries must be posted by this Friday, February 8th, at 8 a.m. PST, and one winner will be chosen at random*. Good luck!

  10. I own Hunter, Noble, and Phoenix. Love all of them depending on what kind of weather/mood I am experiencing. Hunter is for rainy and cold days. Noble is for when I am stressed out and feel like I need to concentrate while Phoenix is lighthearted, perfect for a day out with the girls.
    This collection is so great, I would like to add the Maui and Maine to my collection.

  11. I am so crazy about MCMC — I burn the Dude No. 1 Candle while I write! I would love to have the Maine collection to both wear and add to my smelling-writing repertoire…the combo of sage, rose, and myrrh sounds divine.

  49. I got a tiny vial of Kept from them three years ago as a promotion. I wear it maybe twice a year, because I love it but I can’t afford more once it runs out! Definitely my favorite perfume…

  53. Maine is certainly be my pick. Certainly the most amazing fragrance in the niche market, I rarely run out of perfume, but this well went dry just months after I bought it. I am also a huge fan of Hunter and the DUDE No.1.

  68. I am in LOVE with Noble. The first time I tried it, all of my friends said they couldn’t explain why, but the scent just fit. It’s my go-to perfume in the colder months, especially since I have a Jasmine shampoo from Lush to pair the scents, but I really want to try out some of her lighter scents for this summer!

    I think I would choose among PHOENIX, MAUI, and GARDEN.

  466. PHOENIX sounds fantastic! I love the scent of Neroli. Reminds me of growing up on my Grandpa’s farm in California, with his acre of Orange trees. Plus, he had a few cherry and peach trees. This would be the perfect scent!
