Sometimes I complain when she won't let me out of her sight, when she gets upset that I have to go somewhere without her, or when she's being extra clingy. But let's be honest—I actually really love it. Because I know it won't be like this forever. One day she'll be a teenager, and she'll be embarrassed to be seen with me at the mall.

Aww I can tell you’re going to dread the day she chooses to be embarrassed by you. Looks like you’re enjoying her love now though. She’s growing up so fast, and shes so adorable.
oh man, it’s so true. My daughter is 15 months and gets like that too. Sometimes it makes getting dinner ready hard, but I mostly love it. I am constantly amazed how FAST they grow, please slow down!!!

So cute! My 14 month old daughter and Ruby are sartorial twins. I kind of have a problem with buying striped and polka dot things. My daughter has the same (I think) herringbone Toms.
Also, I decided today that I am not a fan of kid’s consignment stores here in LA. I have been to Grow Kid Grow and The Green Bean multiple times and leave empty-handed. I wish I could find fashion-conscious moms who would be willing to do clothing-swaps or have online garage sales or something!
