I've been drawing lots of patterns lately for a project and always inspired by the color and patterns in photographs and paintings. So I'm currently loving the work of Izutsu Hiroyuki and his landscape paintings of the Japanese countryside. I'd love to live in a world that looks just like this…
fields of color and pattern…

That is so nice and colorful, sweeting my bad weather time in France.
Thanks !! 🙂
What a beautiful way to see the world.
Gotta love pink mountains!

Beautiful colors. I love it when paintings have that flat perspective. Less realistic, but more interesting.

I don’t blame you…these are fields of bliss!
Just love bright colors and the way it is depicted in these works. Love Izutsu style of blocking bold and flat colors and patterns.
