three ways to decorate store-bought cupcakes…

There are so many times that I really want to make a special treat to give a friend or to bring to a potluck dinner, but I simply run out of time or forgot to prep in advance. So I love picking up store-bought cupcakes and decorating them in easy and beautiful ways. It's just like you got them from a fancy bakery! Enjoy!

  1. Awh, so lovely 🙂 This reminds me of that Food Network show “Semi-Homemade” – I think it’s such a good approach to entertaining/food, especially 🙂 Also, loving your outfit in this video!

  2. I LOVE these ideas! There are definitely days when buying cupcakes is easier than making them so I love these easy ways to make them your own–especially the last one with the sprinkles! 🙂

  3. WOW is right! The sprinkle idea is absolutely stunning!! I plan to attempt it this Friday for a going away party. Thank you for such a creative and (hopefully) easy idea.

  4. Joy! You have such a lovely and friendly voice! It was so nice to hear it. 🙂 Your videos are always so beautiful, this was no exception. And the cupcake ideas were really helpful! I am often in this predicament. The sprinkle letters are so easy and fun!
Thanks for taking the time to make this. I know a lot of work was done!

  5. I remember you saying that making a video with talking was a bit nerve wracking for you. I am so so glad you did it. I already love your blog and find it easy to relate to and get inspired by seeing you in this video just bumped all those feeling up ten fold. I can’t wait to see more. xoxo Oh and this was right up my alley. I love DIY but I don’t have the time to start from scratch. thank you for this great idea.
