Last week, I picked up these mini pies from Michael Mina's new Bourbon Steak restaurant that opened here in the Glendale area of Los Angeles. And because mini pies are my favorite kind of pie, I had to find some recipes to try and recreate them. Here are a few if you want to join me… apple rasberry pie, chocolate thin mint pie, and my own mini frozen key lime pie.

Desserts from Michael Mina are my favorite (I’m hooked on his mini-rootbeer floats and chocolate chip cookies from his restaurant here in Vegas) and these look particularly amazing. Thank you for the inspiration!
