In just a few days—this Sunday, February 7th—we'll be launching the new Oh Joy for Target home decor collection in all Target stores in the US and online. Last month, we held a launch party with some of our LA friends and colleagues to celebrate the new collection and give a peek at what's to come. Come check it out for a look at what you can expect to find starting Sunday…
We held the event at the beautiful Lombardi House inside this amazing white barn. The venue is often used for weddings and special events so it was fun to see one small part of it transformed into an Oh Joy world for the afternoon.
Caravents transformed the space into an Oh Joy wonderland by creating vignettes of various rooms in a home including: an office, living room, seating areas, and a nursery. Our products were combined with other furniture and accessories showing how you can easily add Oh Joy to your existing space.
My go-to caterers, Heirloom LA, served the most beautiful and delicious bites. Once you pop 'em, you just can't stop.
And, Bon Puf swirled up some sweetness with her cotton candy confections. Do you see that edible glitter in there?!
I might be the "Joy" of Oh Joy, but this collection would not have been possible without the help of my amazing team—Julia, Angie, and Casey (and all of the Oh Joy team babies that have arrived over the last couple years!).
There were so many beautiful details that it really made the collection come alive and show everyone how fun they'll be in real life homes soon.
Thanks again to everyone who played a role in making this event come together including all of the vendors mentioned above as well as all my homies who came out for the afternoon to celebrate. I can't wait to see how you guys mix in a little Oh Joy into your homes!

The Target website says the neon heart light is “Adobe Yellow” but all the images I’ve seen of the light have made it look pink. Are there two colors?

I am not sure where you see it says Adobe yellow, but it’s not yellow. It’s an amber color which is like a pink/orange. It looks more pink in the day time and more peach/orange at night.
