I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Now that the first big entertaining day of the holiday season is behind us, it's fast and furious through the end of the year. Today, we're sharing a super easy and fun DIY to make a runner or trivet for your next gathering this fall and winter. Here's how…
You'll need:
– felt
– scissors
– thread
– needle
Here's how:
1. Cut out various leaf shapes. You can make up your own or use real leaves as a guide and trace them.
2. Create small clusters of leaves to make a trivet or create a long cluster to make a table runner, sewing with small loops at points where they touch.
You can choose whatever colors you like for your leaves to go with your table. We chose a yellow/green/blue combo which feels fresh and light, yet still earthy, for fall!

So lovely and so easy to customise – thanks for the inspiration
