Happy Tuesday! Here's a fun and easy DIY Geometric Table Runner that will instantly brighten up your dining area! I love it for a snack bar at a party, or even just to have out every day to add an extra pop of color to your space. You can pick any colors you want and add details like fringe and pom poms for an extra dose of texture. Here's how…

You'll need…
- table runner
– fabric paint
– fabric marker
– fringe trim
– pom pom trim
– hot glue gun

Here's how…

1. Sketch your shapes onto the runner. We drew a mix of large, oversized shapes so keep it simple but also abstract. The pen or pencil marks will get covered with paint, so don't worry if you make a mistake!

 

 

2. Place paper underneath the runner to catch any paint that my bleed through the fabric, and then paint your shapes with a brush. If you want the shapes to max your trim exactly, you may need to mix paints to match the color. Let dry for 1 hour.

 

3. Glue the corresponding color of trim along the edge of each shape, alternating between fringe and pom poms. Trim off any extra fringe.

 

 

 

You can use it on a buffet table or dining table for a fun touch of color and texture. It also makes a great gift for upcoming Mother's Day!
