I’m a huge fan of a matching moment with me and my girls. So today, we created a fun and whimsical “mama and me” matching tee and onesie set in partnership with Cricut! Inspired by our favorite summer activities (lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun at the beach, strolling the farmers market, and leisurely picnics in the park!) we infused both pieces with lots of playful shapes and tons of bright colors. The best part is that you can customize your very own, too, and match your little ones all summer long. Here’s how…
You’ll need…
– Cricut Maker
– Cricut Infusible Ink Blanks (t-shirts, coasters, and a baby onesies!)
– Cricut EasyPress2
– Cricut Infusible Ink Transfer Sheets
Here’s how…
1) We used infusible ink transfer sheets in a variety of colors. We chose rose pink, bright green, ultra violet, and mermaid rainbow.
2) We used the Cricut Maker to cut out our pattern of stars and dots onto the infusible ink transfer sheets on each colored sheet.
3) Once it was all cut, we mixed in the pattern from each color onto one sheet.
4) Then, we infused the design into your Invisible Ink Blanks canvas with Cricut EasyPress.
Voila! Because it’s made from ink transfer (versus iron-on decals) the vibrancy of the colors will last wash after wash! And, the fabric stays super soft. It’s so easy and fun and the possibilities are ENDLESS. We loved the design so much and because the EasyPress2 can do more than just clothes and totes, we could use it on even more items…
We kept the fun going and used the design on coasters, too! Everyone will be so impressed you MADE it, plus they make a great hostess gift!
