Ok, so it’s called Mandel Bread which is the Jewish version of biscotti, and it’s a recipe by Molly Yeh (who I love and did this collab with back in the day). Anyway, I made this recently, and it’s SO good. I love the addition of marzipan and almond extract! Here is Molly’s recipe. She has an updated version in her cookbook that adds sprinkles which I did as well!
