Choco-cuterie Board

One of my favorite things to put together when hosting family or friends for a meal is a charcuterie or cheese board. With the help of GODIVA, we’re taking it one step further and making a Choco-cuterie Board!

Here’s what you’ll need:
-GODIVA Celebration Chocolates
-Crackers and breadsticks
-Fruit of choice (I like small grapes, plums, and other fruits that aren’t too messy)
-Veggies of choice (I like small carrots and tomatoes)
-Nuts, optional
-A selection of cheeses

GODIVA is known for its quality heritage chocolates combined with modernized chocolate-making techniques, so they make a perfect companion to my entertaining. In my version of the choco-cuterie board, I combined a few smaller boards, trays and vessels together. Remember, you can use plates and trays you already have. You don’t need to buy anything super large. By using what you have, you can simply add plates or trays as needed to make a bigger display.

Arranging a board is like creating a collage. You want to start with main elements and simply add to each layer. The end result should look balanced with various shapes, colors, and sizes throughout. Start with larger items like cheese and crackers, then layer in veggies and fruit. Of course, add your chocolates throughout. Finally, end with filling in any empty areas with smaller items like small fruits or nuts! You can modify the ingredients based on your preferences and tastes!

With flavors like Red Velvet Cake Bliss, Dark Chocolate Lava Cake Bliss, and Birthday Cake Bliss, you can find the GODIVA Goldmark Assorted Chocolate Celebrations Gift Box that I used here at Target. Enjoy!
