My dear (long distance) friend Meg is having a launch party in San Francisco, next Tuesday, October 2nd, to celebrate her new book Craft, Inc. For those of you in the Bay area, it looks like a fun evening of meeting fellow designers and business women. Hosted by the SF Rare Device, there will be lots of fun goodies given away too. As I told Meg, I’d totally fly there if I weren’t going to be away on vacation next week!
yay! it’s actually next Tuesday and I’m really excited to be able to go for support and good times. we’ll miss you joy!

I always see postings for stuff, like this one, which look so fun! I wish I lived in a bigger city where it’d be cheaper to fly from. I’d be there with bells on. I’d love to get my copy signed by her.
