I love exposing my dear readers to new and unexpected foods. So over here at Happy Lady, we're whipping up a new series called Mix & Match where we'll share some of our favorite unexpected {yet delicious} food pairings with you. Most of the time, they'll be made or tasted-tested here in the kitchen and then shared with you virtually. But today, I wanted to introduce a combo I haven't yet had the pleasure of trying…the doughnut burger! Also known as the Luther Burger, this amazingly indulgent treat combines all the insides of a traditional burger sandwiched in the middle of a glazed doughnut. It may be a heart attack on a plate, but it sure does look good…
