When I lived in New York, I spent much of my time riding the subway to and from work and everywhere in between. I would have loved to see amazing artwork during my rides like this new poster for the MTA by Julia Rothman. So much more fun than the subway/metro maps you see on bags, umbrellas etc. The MTA has been trying to upgrade stories, graphics/ posters etc. on the cars; yes, it makes it SO much more enjoyable for all of us visual people!
