my favorite homemade treats of 2010…

As we get ready for the beginning of the holiday season here in the States {and as I head home to Philly for Thanksgiving}, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite homemade treats from this past year…most of which I often concocted at the last minute using a mix of what I already had and other recipes as basis…so they're super easy and fun to make. As you may be able to tell, I love ice cream and treats that come in layered or sandwich form. These may not be your typical holiday sweets, but hope these give you some extra spring in your step when it comes time to making and baking this holiday season!

  1. I just saw you tweet this and knew I had to come over for a look! Now I think I’m going to have to go for my lunch cause I’m drooling and disturbing my workmates lol. Seriously though, these look yummy, I really like the look of No 2, I’ve never tried Key Lime Pie but it looks pretty darn good 🙂 Ok waffle over, what I meant to say was this looks amazing, nice post!

  2. YUMmmmmmm!!!!
Can I just say I’m happy you combined your food & design blogs. I never look at food blogs, but I am enjoying this immensely!!

  3. Hi Vivien,
Thanks so much! Glad you like! Youre very kid but I do not sell any of these. Just things I make for fun and hope to share and provide some inspiration for your own desserting and snacking! 😉
