Now that we know we're having a girl, it's fun to be able to really start planning the major things we need to buy for her. The first fun part…the baby's room! Despite my girlie demeanor, I actually am not a very pink and purple kind of girl and instead, love the idea of keeping the room neutral with bright pops of color and of course, a little bit of metallic… — Joy
{vintage clock from ClockWork Universe, Oh Joy for Hygge & West wallpaper, floral light by David Tribridge, DwellStudio furniture {glider, century crib and dresser, and rug}, Trumpette baby mocs, Jonathan Adler accessories {lamp, apple pillow, giraffe pillow}, mix and match Auggie crib linens and blankets, coat hooks from A+R, gold moroccan pouf, and Kristina Klarin necklace for color inspiration!}
So excited for you guys!! Congrats once again. Can’t wait to see the nursery, I’m sure it is going to look amazing!! Goodluck!
love it!! so much fun!
REALLY love this collection. This is exactly the way I would go if I had a baby on the way. Actually, I’m going to use some of this inspiration for my new place 🙂 Can’t wait to see the final product!
Love it, so cute! You’re going to have one stylish baby! Totally with you on the different pops of color.
This is a perfect color palette, one that I’ve always favored. Can’t wait to see the real thing. (baby and room that is) It’s a GIRL!!!!
Absolutely! I love it and am not surprised that that little one’s room will be just as stylish as the rest of her home! 🙂 Love it all but, especially your paper, the light and that awesome ellie lamp!

It’s going to look so incredibly beautiful! 🙂
Love it girl! This is going to be so fun seeing the process.
Wow, this is fabulous! I adore that crib and ottoman, so divine!
Can’t wait to see it! 🙂
Is it weird to be jealous of your unborn child? Because I am. What a lucky duck that baby is!
Wauw! This is so beautiful. So stylish too. Fantastic combination of soft colors, I love the gold accents. BEAUTIFUL!
ahhhh i can’t wait!
I just bought that crib! It’s the best. I love the Danish look of it and I love your mood board. It’s nice to see some spunk in nurseries versus the baby pink or boy blue!
this is a really great idea for a babys room! it feels very scandinavian, very pure and bright. love it!
Congratulations! I’m heading for my 20 week ultrasound in one week and can’t wait to find out myself!!
Loved your inspiration board here, I’m anxious to get started on our baby’s nursery too! 🙂
your baby is going to have the coolest room on the block! love this inspiration board – you must get the elephant lamp!!
Wallpaper is so awesome. I am dying to try some in my entry. I love the one you chose for the baby room. Everything is fantastic.

Love everything baby Joy! So so happy for you! At first I thought the coat hooks may have been unusual pacifiers and I was like, “oh my goodness, Joy is really getting serious here!”, then I back-tracked and spotted hooks… hehehe 😉
How exciting! By the way, that kissing Giraffe pillow is adorable!
love the lantern – congrats!
I am dying over that floral lamp! beautiful!
Love EVERYTHING about this. You should consider Bohemia.com for the gold pouf. Best prices I’ve seen online, even with UK to US shipping. I don’t work for them or anything, I’m just also pouf obsessed.

i fell in love with that dwell glider when i saw it in the store (giggle in pasadena). i’m trying to choose between something like that or an ugly yet extremely comfortable (and easy to take naps in) lazy boy rocking recliner.
What a lovely inspiration board! Congrats your baby girl! I cant wait to meet her & see her room all done!
Sounds like the perfect design scheme for Little Cho! I love neutrals with pops of bright too, that giraffe pillow is too adorable!
I would do the same things, neutral w/splashes of color. Keep it simple. I think it’s all too cute! Teri
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Can’t wait to see the finished room! Hope to give you some inspiration as well! – Irene from http://www.lepetitestyle.com
And….I am going to need that poof and those mocs for my 1mo daughter!

Joy – check out these blankets – they are the best – definitely the one gift I used everyday and still use with my daughter now 2.5. Congratulations!
This nursery may be more fabulous than my own room. Will you adopt me?
Thanks Heather!
A friend gave us a set and they look awesome!

I just love your inspirations!!!!!! 🙂 Congrats on having a girl
Congrats!!! Your vision for the nursery is just perfect, all the items go together so well.
Can I please be your baby and live in that room, a little creepy I know, but that room is just so beautiful!?
You need a petit collage mobile or a print!
: )
lucky lady cho – such a stylish mommy!
wow I really love it, I am not too much into pink and purples either I went for greens and yellows with gray thrown in. Now that I am redoing a play space for my munchkin I am thinking along those sames lines I love what you have put together so far I cannot wait to see when it’s done!
This is just the cutest baby room inspiration ever!! Love it so much!! Come to think of it I love everything you do! I can’t wait to see this baby’s room in action!
Hi Joy! Love your blog and your house. When will we get to see more pics? I read Anthology, looked at your website and Emily’s, but still haven’t really seen your bedroom, the dining room, the nursery!!! I have sent for two samples of your wallpaper based on your happy, pretty home: please give us more! 😀
Hi Autumn!
Our bedroom and dining room are both featured in Anthology issue #3:

and our dining room was on Emilys show:
