who: Amanda Halbrook, graphic designer and co-founder of 100 Layer Cake

why amanda rocks: She's one of those girls that makes chic look so darn easy! And, with impeccable taste to match.

in her closet: I know sequins are a huge trend right now, but I love how over-the-top these sequin pants from J.Crew are! They make me feel ultra-glam but I usually dress them down a bit with a t-shirt and some funky shoes, or even Converse sneakers. They are definite attention-grabbers when I'm out, so when I'm in the mood, it's pretty fun to take them for a spin!

in her casa: I'm slightly obsessed with Michele Armas' paintings, and when I spotted this one, I felt so inspired and excited. Whenever I pass by it, I get a little tingle. My brother, AJ Halbrook's, painting {right below it} was given to me for my birthday and is another favorite!
