Living on the Eastside, I rarely get a chance to make it to the Westside of LA. But over the weekend, Bonnie and I went to Photo LA and decided to grab brunch afterwards at FarmShop in Santa Monica at the Brentwood Country Mart. I had previously visited FarmShop last year, but with their recent expansion to include an artisan market, it's seriously amazing now. A restaurant on one side and market {including cheeses, bread, a bakery, and more} on the other, it's a fun spot to eat and then shop. In addition to our awesome breakfast, I walked away with some giant chocolate cookies and freshly baked pancetta & chili bread. It reminds me a bit of Dean & Deluca with a farm-to-table style eatery attached. A must visit on the Westside… — Joy

living in the westside is a totally different LA experience. although i love living in the eastside now (more family-friendly), the westside is like the manhattan of LA.
