If ice cream had a fan club, I'd probably be the president. That's why books about ice cream make me salivate like a dog at a bone store. Seattle-based Molly Moon just launched a new drool-worthy book, Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream. And, I love how the book is organized by seasons—like Mexican Chocolate ice cream and Blood Orange sort for winter, Blueberry Frozen Yogurt for spring, and Pumpkin Clove ice cream for fall. No matter the season, the book encourages using fresh, local ingredients and experimenting with really fun flavor combinations. Don't these photos make you want to dive right in? — Joy

They look absolutely divine!
looks delicous!
my fave is chestnut icecream with wild blackberry 🙂
I just got a copy of Molly’s book, and of the seven (yikes!) ice cream cookbooks I have, I think her’s might be my favorite. It has the simplest recipes, plus, instructions for making an ice cream cake!
I have that pink bowl! Aw I miss it and non-traditional ice cream flavors.
Oh yes. Time to make room on the counter for the ice cream maker! Beautiful pictures.
Look soooo mmmm… fantastic ;o)
Brilliant! What a creative way to organize the book and recognize that yes, ice cream is definitely a year round snack!
I love Molly Moon’s ice cream. I wished I still lived in Seattle for it!
Yummy! Can I be Vice Pres of the ice cream fan club? 🙂
Ahhh! What a tease!
This pictures are gorgeous and they all look so delicious.
Yum, those ice creams look amazing – wow! 🙂

have you heard about Carmela Ice Cream’s classes? They have one this weekend that’s focused on spring flavors: Lavender Honey and Raspberry Rose sorbet. YUM!
Here’s a link to the class: http://www.carmelaicecream.com/ice-cream-classes.php
Although, they may have sold out for this weekend. I keep meaning to sign up for a class but just haven’t got around to it.
Yep! I love Carmela and went to one of their classes last year!

I was in Seattle a couple weekends ago and this was on the “to eat” list! The salted caramel did not disappoint. A treat for your taste buds.
Hello,
Can you tell me where the blue bowls are from? Thanks!
