OUTSIDE / While away the hours in the outdoor lounge at Hotel Azucar. This palm tree-lined paradise could be filled with…
…an INSIDE brimming with color and metallics. Relaxing yet hip—I envision each room is filled with retro-inspired gold fixtures softened by ethnic printed textiles. Accents of curvy rattan and a galloping zebra are finishing touches. It's fun to think of who would stay here… perhaps fashion designer and all-around groovy girl Trina Turk or style guru and blogger Mrs. Lilien? — Joanna
{from left to right, top to bottom: joaquin pendant lamp from Anthropologie, John Robshaw quilt and shams, breakfast trays from Leif, rattan chair from Serena & Lily, zebra print from DwellStudio, Jonathan Adler's ulu convex table, bamboo throw from Nine Space, pierced bubbles chandelier from Terrain.}
Love my mexico. Love the tips.

Yay! Absolutely gorgeous items. I particularly love the blanket, something beautiful to keep me warm in Sweden this Autumn! Lovely blog by the way, will definitely be stopping by again! / Niki
Love the chandelier!
Love it! I’m mexican and I can tell you design and interiorism is huge nowadays. Try and look the hotel Boca Chica in Acapulco or Villa Bahía Ancha in Pie de la Cuesta. Also Hotel Básico in Playa del Carmen. Simply amazing.
Love your finds, but that hotel looks amazing!

OMG…I wish I was sitting in that hotel drinking a cocktail…
The Mexican hotel looks incredible. I want to spend all of my evenings there, with these accessories of course. I particularly like the breakfast trays – so bright and colorful!
