You know how sometimes you want cake, but you don't want a whole piece? This cake tasting package by Momofuku Milk Bar is pretty genius. With flavors like apple pie cake, birthday cake, chocolate chip cake, and pretzel cake, it's exactly how I'd want to eat my dessert every day if I could—in lots of little bites of every flavor available…
P.S. Speaking of snacks, I was recently a guest on Amy Cao's super cute video series, Stupidly Simple Snacks for The Cooking Channel. You can see our episode right here…

I’m obsessed with Momofuku milk bar cakes. This is a genius idea that I’m definitely going to try. I’ve only ever tried the birthday cake one.
Thanks for sharing.

That is SUPER genius. I want them all right now and it’s 8:20 in the morning. So there’s that…
OK, this looks amazing. Cake for all!
I love cake! I love pie even more! But little bites are the best. My husband && i just celebrated our one year 🙂 of course, we had dessert all day!

What a great idea! I love to sample different flavors too. Did it come with a list of ingredients with the package? I have food allergies.
Love the video too! Thanks for sharing.
I love the Cake tasting package by Momofoku milk bar, such a genius idea of trying different bite sized flavors.
Such an awesome idea, i love to taste cake!
That’s a great idea! btw is the pink striped tea towel from DWR?
I love Momofuku Milk Bar – I think their cereal milk soft serve is just genius, as is this cake tasting idea… wow. It’s actually SO genius!
Those cakes sound sooo good. I’ve always wanted to try Momofuku’s baked goodies.
And the video was way too cute! I think it wins the cutest pancake-making cooking video hands down. 🙂
That looks delicious and adorable and who doesn’t want to eat cake for breakfast?
I want some 🙂
Have a great day
thank you!

That’s a brilliant idea! I’ve sometimes wanted to taste all the cake flavours at events or buffets but the cakes are usually pre-sliced into large slices, so I have to go with one or two flavours only.
this looks amazing!
You have my sweet tooth craving both those cake bites and the pancakes! Yum yum! 🙂

I can’t watch the footage (” not available of my country”)…! But the sample cake idea – genius !!
this is perfect.
I know their cake balls are delicious, but have yet to try these..
I actually just applied to work there!
that’s totally me. want to try a variety of everything!
That video is so cute! I just kept giggling. And now I’m hungry for pancakes! Really interested in the series, now. Love all the cute and fun collaborations you do, Joy.
And I love the idea of the cake sampler–what an awesome birthday gift that would be! The shipping triples the price–bummer!– so I’m wondering if I could whip together something similar for my friends, especially local ones. Definitely on my gift idea list. 🙂 Thanks for the inspiration!
there’s something exciting about getting a response back from a blogger you follow – i immediately texted my sister (we both follow you) using all caps to tell her you wrote back to me. hey, it may be dorky, but she and i try to appreciate the little things in life. thank you for taking the time to respond and for making me feel special!
This is a perfect idea, like petits fours that you can take home! Sadly Momofuku hasn’t expanded to the UK yet!
Omg, I must try those nutella banana pancakes!!
oh man. i would kill to try that little party taster cake box! totally fun … like a modern box of chocolates.
i should really just whip out my milk cookbook and make one of christina tosi’s delightful cakes!! ^__^
These look amazing! I especially like the birthday cake one. Such a good idea!
I have to confess that I have no idea what you mean about there being times when you just don’t want a WHOLE piece of cake. I mean, what?! Just so long as all those little pieces of cake add up to a whole piece of cake, I love this idea. 🙂
