Trader Joe's Speculoos Chocolate Bar

Have you ever fallen head over heels in love with something edible? I just about nearly proposed to this bar of Speculoos Dark Chocolate Bar (from Trader Joe's) after having a bite yesterday. The sweet and gingerbread cookie butter that I love so much is pretty amazing mixed with dark chocolate in these bite-sized pieces. My new current obsession hands-down…

  5. I just bought a jar of the cookie and cocoa butter. I’m still deciding how to enjoy the first bite: on sugar cookies, crepes, waffles, or on a spoon.

  9. Yep, Joy, if you think the bar is good, try the jar of straight up cookie butter or cookie butter & chocolate. But be warned. They only allow you to purchase 2 jars at a time – no joke – because there’s a run on it by folks shipping it to the Philippines where is goes for $20 a pop.

  11. that looks delicious and I am not even a big chocolate fan. I am obsessed with shortbread cookies and butter cookies. Currently, I’m in love with — La Grande Galette French butter cookies. Try it with a hot Earl Grey latte. Dip the cookie in and when you bite into it, it just melts in your mouth. YUM!

  19. That candy bar is so good! I loved the unexpected crunchiness.
    TJ’s has peppermint JoJo’s around Christmastime, which are delish, but they also sell them covered in dark chocolate with crushed candy canes on top. Killer. You have to try them soon!
