Fall (and all the fun holidays that come with it) is just around the corner! Today, I'm heading to the garden to make a Floral Fall Planter to greet friends and family arriving at your doorstep soon. You can see the full video below!
You can see all the materials used in the video below…
Materials used:
-Pumpkin (real or foam)
-Pumpkin carving tools
–Miracle Gro Moisture Control Potting Mix
-Pre-potted plants
These planters are perfect for keeping at your door during the fall season as they should last 2-3 weeks with regular watering.

Oh my god! I’m in love with this idea!
Can’t say Canada is the best place for them with our unpredictable weather (and we’ll likely have snow by next week) but I LOVE IT!

This is a great idea…I’m going to make one!
These are so clever and creative! Love!
Thanks for the inspiration! I just got my pumpkin and am brainstorming different ways to decorate it.
I’ve decided that I am not really a very pumpkiny person but this DIY is pretty tempting!! It is so cute and such a fun twist on the classic fall symbol!
Thanks for sharing!

Okay, let’s be honest… every year I think my carved pumpkin will be flawless and interesting and well made and every year it looks like my 2 year old nephew made it. But THIS this is genius, and gorgeous, and foolproof. Hooray! Thanks for the inspirations!

If there is one thing Joy does the best, it’s turning anything into a planter. Love this idea! Such a great way to spruce up your plants. We have a few mums from my mom and they would look adorable in a pumpkin!
