I have always wanted to be one of those girls who could pull off the layered look with a collared shirt under sweater, but I always find it to look too bulky. I was recently introduced to Le Cou who makes the modern version of the dickey. When's the last time you heard anyone say "dickey"?!? They not only make a collared shirt version but a bunch of other really pretty and chic styles as well. I also love that when your body changes (pregnancy, post-partum, etc.), these pieces go with any other clothing you are wearing in whatever size you're wearing.     I have wanted one of these forever! I think they are also brilliant for nursing mamas (which I am, at the moment) to look a little more put together without having to unbutton a shirt under another shirt. I miss layers! I never win anything but since I have been online stalking these for a while I had to try, anyway 🙂

  251. A soon as I found out about this company I ordered 3 dickeys. That’s because I’m one of those people who’s always playing around with scarves just because like to have that one extra thing around my neck. Scarves looked great when I left the house, but a little (or a lot) less great by the end of the day. The dickeys proved to be the solution. They didn’t loosen and droop. They didn’t ride up from a sweater’s neckline. It felt like,” Where have you been all my life?” So I ordered 3 more. That said, I’m still craving the Olympia in Petal Pink and the Miette in Cream.
