…fresh passion fruit! My friend Catherine dropped off a bag of passion fruit from the tree in her backyard, and while I have always loved passion fruit-flavored things, I have never really eaten straight from the fruit! Yesterday, I had it simply over yogurt and mixed with some champagne grapes, and it was perfection. So I scoured Pinterest for a few others on my "must make with passion fruit" list that I wanted to share with you…

I love it when you get to cook with fruits picked from a tree! The flavor is so much more delicious. I bet your snack was super yummy.

My grandparents had a passion fruit tree in their backyard growing up. I’d forgotten how magical they are. Thanks for the reminder!
I love them!

Believe it or not: I’ve never actually eaten passion fruit FRESH before. I have it as a flavor in cakes, desserts, and bubble tea (yum!) but have never had the actual fruit. Looks delish, though!
The last one is definitely refreshing! Just perfect for summer 😀

Thank you so much for sharing my popsicles! I am long-time Oh Joy fan, and I am thrilled to see some of my work on here. Thanks!!!
Brazilians (like me!) put passion fruit in everything. Our easiest passion fruit treat is passion fruit mousse. It takes no work to make — mix one can crema de leite (known in English as Table cream and available in most Hispanic aisles or Latino supermarkets), one can condensed milk, and one cans worth of passion fruit juice (you can also buy the juice if you have only a few fruits) mix and taste. Some people like it more tart, so add more juice if you want. Top with passion fruit seeds. It will set into a creamy mousse in the fridge. Serve alone or top on chocolate cake!
