With the holidays fast approaching, we’re always looking for easy solutions for finger foods to keep guests satiated before the main meal as they mingle and catch up with one another. So today, we’ve partnered with KitchenAid to share our recipe for these beautiful (and easy!) Fruit Hand Rolls. Here’s how…
You’ll need:
– apple
– mango
– kiwi
– raspberry
– yogurt (any flavor)
– KitchenAid Stand Mixer
– KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter
Here’s how:
1. Cut apple into thin slices using the Vegetable Sheet Cutter attachment. It makes endless sheets of apple which is sooo cool.
2. Cut long strips of mango and half circle slices of kiwi.
3. Layer the mango, kiwi, and raspberries onto and apple slice and roll up.
4. You can serve as is or use yogurt as a dipping sauce!
To make them extra festive, add party picks to the theme or occasion of your choice!
