Happy Monday! We're starting off the week with this super cute DIY striped velvet straw tote that you can make in less than twenty minutes. Pick out your velvet ribbon, gather a few supplies, and let's get started…

You'll need…
- straw tote
– velvet ribbon (ours is from Mood)
– gold ric rac
– hot glue

Here's how…
1. Lay out the order and colors of ribbon and ric rac you like. We alternated thin and thick velvet ribbon and left space for the gold ric rac between.
2. Attach with hot glue all the way around the body of the tote.
3. Finish by gluing the ric rac all the way around each of the handles.

Voilà! Now you've got the perfect tote to gift to a friend or pack full and bring with you wherever your week of adventures take you!
