I love floral prints, so I was extra excited about this month's pattern adventures…all dressed in florals! Here are a few easy ways to rock both bold and more subtle floral prints that are all perfect for spring and summer…
The Flowy Floral — I love these pants because they are super comfy while still being chic and fashionable (the best of both worlds!). The colors are fun but not TOO bright, so if you're playing with colors for the first time, this makes for a great floral option. I paired the pants with deep green heels to add some height to the wide leg cut, and topped it off with a pretty white and lacy blouse. It's great for a day at the office or for a casual meeting.
The Flowy Floral: Sezane top, Thief & Bandit pants, & Other Stories shoes.
70's Bright Blooms — Here's a casual, cute outfit with lots of playful pops of color. The bright jumbo floral top steals the show, so I paired it with 70's-inspired sailor wide-leg jeans (I love the gold button detailing!), pink sandals, and blush earrings. I'd wear this around on the weekend or out to brunch and lunch!
70's Bright Blooms: Zara top (past season), Machete earrings, Sezane pants, Marais shoes (past season).
A Garden Party — This outfit is perfect for summer days when you need to keep cool but feel a little dressy, too! The floral shorts are more neutral, but the jumbo scale of the pattern adds texture and movement. To offset the otherwise neutral outfit, I paired it with a ruffle "party shoulder" top and bright green heels to add the perfect pop of color.
A Garden Party: Each to Own earrings, Buru top, Buru shorts, Loeffler Randall shoes.
Tropical Business — Head to toe flora? Don't mind if I do! This is a really fun option to introduce more pattern into your wardrobe. Since the spacing of the pattern is more airy and the colors aren't too overwhelming, you can dress this up and down. Roll up the pant legs and wear with flat sandals or, in my case, add a bright pink shoe to dress it up!
Tropical Business: Gorman jumpsuit (past season), Each to Own earrings, Loeffler Randall shoes (past season).
