Happy Friday! If you’re looking for a project for the weekend, today, we’re showing you a fun way to take a simple wood table and turn it into a super cool terrazzo-inspired table. Terrazzo is super in right now, but it can be spendy. So here’s a VERY easy way to give an old piece of furniture new life and some sparkly personality. Plus, it makes a fun weekend project! Come check it out…
You’ll Need…
– table (white & gold details from previous Oh Joy! DIY)
– vinyl adhesive
– scissors
Here’s how…
1. Cut varying sizes of random “terrazzo” type shapes – some can be more rounded and others more geometric.
2. Peel and stick to the table top.
We used some vinyl adhesive that were glittery and some that were matte to add variety, but you can pick whichever color combination and style you’d like. There’s no wrong way here, so have fun with it! It reminds me of confetti sprinkled on the table, and makes me instantly happy.
